FullSMS allows you to create templates for SMS messages that you send frequently. In the templates, you can use merge fields (such as the Contacts first name, last name, email or other custom data saved by you on our application), Shortlinks or add an Opt-out link. These variables will be auto-populated with values when preparing to send an SMS message.
- Creating a New Template – This is pretty easy and straightforward. Just go to Messages->Templates and add a new Template. In addition, you can create a template from the “New Campaign” screen. Just click on the “Templates” button and click “Save as Template”.
- Using Templates – in the “New Campaign” screen, just click the “Templates” button to select the template you want to use.
