Single messages are actually Campaigns sent to a single recipient VIA the Web application or “Send message to Numbers” API request.
Single messages has the following statuses:
- Ready – Message is queued for sending
- In Progress – Message is currently sent to our downstream carriers
- Pending Review – Message that requires our support approval before sending. Once approved, the message will be sent.
- Pending – Sending is paused due to insufficient funds. Once you deposit money in your account updated, the sending will automatically resume.
- Failed – Message failed to be sent.
- Sent – Messages that have been sent to downstream carriers.
- Delivered – Messages that have been received by recipients.
- Unknown – Messages that have been sent to a downstream carrier, but the downstream carrier cannot confirm it was delivered successfully.
- Declined – Message was declined by FullSMS (usually due to unapproved custom sender id or a message that is not inlined with our Terms of use or Privacy Policy).
- Cancelled – Single message was cancelled (usually happens when a scheduled message has been cancelled by the end user).
